We'll help you
make something people want.

Initially the discovery process always starts with these simple six questions that help create a thought-through initial intent and formulate the basic profound idea.

Note: You have to entirely focus on the problem you are solving. Keep reminding yourself: I am solving somebody's problem. If you don't solve somebody's problem, you have a problem.

1

What problem are you solving?

Go to the very core of the problem, think emotionally and practically. Try to focus on the feelings when people go through the problem.

2

Whose problem are you solving?

Describe the people throughoutly and profoundly. Address their deepest feelings and emotions and the way they think about the problem.

3

How shall you solve the problem?

This is the core of your future product. Focus entirely on the practical side of the problem and its solution. What exactly are you gonna do and how? Think differently about MVP and the full product.

4

When and where will you be solving the problem?

Picture different situations, challenges and opportunities in which people might use your solution. The more you have the better.

5

Who else is solving the problem?

Don't bullshit yourself with 'there's no competition' thing. There is! Always there's someone doing something similar to your solution. By acknowledging them you help yourself be better and find your niche.

6

Why your solution will be preferred?

To succeed you must not come with a generic solution for everyone. You must be very precise and accurate. Find one or more reasons why your solution of the problem will be sought after.
